ACTIVE650 values your support and wants you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your order, please email us immediately detailing your concerns. Please be sure to quote your order number in all correspondence.
- Requests for an exchange must be received within 1 week.
- The original order must be returned in a “as new” condition and in accordance with our return policy listed below.
- Once received a replacement will be mailed out free of charge.
- Further requests for changes may incur additional charges.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all returns are packaged to prevent damage in transit.
- To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- The product/s must be clean and unused, packaging must be in good order.
- Damaged packaging may result in products being ineligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be processed excluding shipping costs.
- Only returns of faulty products will receive a refund that includes shipping costs.
DAMAGED PACKAGING AND ITEMS IN POOR CONDITION WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
Refunds will be made back to the same payment method as used on the original order as soon as the product is returned and processed and no later than 30 days from the first record of intention to return/cancel the order.
